DESCRIPTION

The Y- seal is a typical labial seal.

According to the height and width of the section, it can be divided into wide, narrow, Yx and other categories; If the height of the two lips is equal, it can be divided into Y-sealing rings and Y-ring with different lips and Y-shaped sealing rings with aperture.

Lip seal V type ring

V-ring seal is suitable for hydraulic oil, water and emulsion and other media, using pressure up to 40MPa, surface line speed of 0.5m · s-1, good sealing performance, allowing certain eccentric movement, impact pressure and vibration pressure.

V-rings can be used in multiple combinations, suitable for high pressure, large diameter and long stroke and other working conditions.

V-rings can be used for shaft seals and hole seals.

The lip of the V-shaped ring surplus with the shaft (plunger), which will produce certain deformation after assembly. U-shaped seal ring is commonly used in the hydraulic cylinder;it is a kind of typical lip seals,working very good for piston and piston rod. Polyuretane U ring is mainly used in hydraulic cylinder.It has good mechanical properties and good oil resistance, and is the most commonly used in hydraulic oil cylinder with middle pressure and high pressure.

X-ring seal, also known as star sealing ring. It is used to be installed in a groove with special small compression rate to reduce friction, and also be used in the groove with same specification as O -ring.

X-rings have lower friction and overcome torsion well, then better lubrication; It is able to be a sealing element at lower speeds and suitable for static sealing.

X-ring is a four-lips seal , its shape similar to X and has the following advantages:

1. Compared with the O-ring, the X-ring forms a lubrication cavity between the sealing lips, which has less friction resistance and starting resistance.

2. Because the location of flying edge is in the concave of cross section, so the sealing is very well.

3. Cross-section with Non-circular is able to avoid scrolling during reciprocating motion.
